Newnan Utilities' Carl Miller Park is one of our contributions to enhance the quality of life for Coweta County residents. The 14-acre park features:

• Picnic Tables
• Pavilions for groups of up to 150 people
• Jogging path
• Preschool and elementary playgrounds
• Kids' Castle Park

In April 2005, Newnan Utilities celebrated a grand reopening of the park following the renovation of the preschool and elementary playgrounds.

Hours
April - October: Open daily 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
November - March: Open daily 8:00 am to 7:00 pm


Park Rules

Newnan Utilities provides this park for the enhancement of the quality of life for Coweta County residents. As we are committed to providing the community with a safe park for all to enjoy, we ask that for everyone’s safety and enjoyment, visitors follow a few simple rules:

The following is prohibited in the park:

• The use of roller skates/blades, skateboards, shoeskates or bicycles on any of the walking or service drive areas
  
• The use of alcoholic beverages
  
• Loud music in the form of radios, CDs, etc. to the point of being offensive to others
  
• The use of personal or disposable cooking grills
  
• Glass bottles
  
• Pets

In the picnic areas, we ask that visitors:

• Provide their own fire making materials for use in the grills
  
• Not remove picnic tables from shelters

So that everyone may enjoy a clean, beautiful park, please place all refuse in the containers provided throughout the park.
