Step 1 The first step to create your web site is to develop the web content. Microsoft’s FrontPage permits you to create and edit web pages and to include text, text-formatting, and images. Once you have created your content, you may upload it to your Newnan Utilities server. |

| Step 2
The next step in publishing your web pages to a Newnan Utilities server is to enter your domain name. Please ensure that your domain name looks exactly as it appears in the example. If you are updating your personal web site, you will include your first initial and last name as well as “.acceleron.net”. For example, your domain may look something like: If however, you are updating a hosted site that IS NOT a personal web site, you will just supply your domain name: www.jsmithcorp.com Once completed, select OK. |

Upon supplying a destination, you will be required to supply a username and password. |

| Step 4
Once you have logged into your remote site, you will want to find the correct folder/directory to publish your web pages. The pages that you have created using FrontPage are stored on your computer (also known as your local folder). Publishing your web site is the process of “copying” your local pages to your Newnan Utilities server (also known as your remote folder). This process will permit everyone to view your web pages on the World Wide Web. |

After clicking the Show >> button, you will see your local folder(s) listed on the left and your remote folder(s) listed on the right. |

From the remote folder (right-hand pane), double-click on the folder entitled with your domain name. |

From the remote folder (right-hand pane), double-click on the folder named public_html.t |

You will notice upon inspection of your remote folder (right-hand pane) that you already have several files contained within the folder. At this point, you may simply click and drag the content from your local folder (left pane) to your remote folder (right pane). It may also be beneficial to consult your FrontPage documentation or user’s manual to explore other options. |

| Step 9
Once you have successfully transferred your files, you will be given the following prompt. It is always a good idea to do the following to verify that your pages have been published to the web correctly. Close FrontPage. |
