Q | My VOIP (Vonage, Lingo, etc.) router/adapter keeps dropping calls. What's wrong?
A | The most over-looked item is the layout. The layout should start from the modem. After the modem, it’s the VOIP router. After the VOIP router, connect the PC, or any additional equipment (i.e. a second router).
VOIP Layout :
Newnan Utilities' Cable Modem >> VOIP Router >>> Your Computer
If this doesn't fix the drop out issue, visit the VOIP provider's website for further assistance.
